We are having issues with the server-side cache caused by EU VAT for WooCommerce. From Dreamhost:
You can check in with the developer if the plugin runs either PHP sessions, sets up cookies or modifies the cache headers, and seeing if there’s a chance to disable
any of these.Can you advise what can be done?

Yes the plugin runs PHP sessions, but I need more details on the issue you’re having to see what causes the server cache problem.
