    Hi,

    I installed your plugin a few days ago, tested it and it worked very well. Unfortunately, today one of the customers pointed out that despite entering the correct VAT number, it is recognized as incorrect. In fact, despite entering the correct VAT number, it is always verified as incorrect. Previously, this problem did not occur. I haven’t added any new wordpress plugin in the meantime.

    Any advice?

    Hi Damian,

    If that was temporarily, it’s more probably an issue with VIES servers (official VAT info servers), if you still face the issue, we will need to see the logs, reach us at [email protected] please with wp-admin access.
