# URL Coupons: Additional Tips

If URL coupons still do not work after the other troubleshooting steps, check your WordPress error logs for plugin-related errors that might give clues. Always back up your website before making significant changes, and when you contact the plugin developer, include the specific issue, plugin version, WordPress version, and any relevant error messages.

- **Error Logs:** Check your WordPress error logs for any plugin-related errors that might provide clues.
- **Plugin Support:** If you've exhausted these troubleshooting steps, consult the plugin's documentation or contact the developer for further assistance.

#### **Remember**

- Always back up your website before making significant changes.
- Provide as much detail as possible when seeking help from the plugin developer, including the specific issue, plugin version, WordPress version, and any relevant error messages.
