# Customizations Not Taking Effect

If changes to your email verification settings do not take effect, first make sure you clicked the Save changes button after each adjustment in the plugin's settings. Then clear your browser cache and any caching plugins so you see the latest version of your email templates and notification messages.

- **Clear Cache:** Clear your browser cache and any caching plugins you might be using to ensure you're seeing the latest version of your email templates and notification messages.

#### **Save Changes**

Make sure you're clicking the **"Save changes"** button after making any configuration adjustments within the plugin's settings.
