# Difference between Free and Pro versions

The free version of [Name Your Price: Make Your Own Offer for WooCommerce](https://wpfactory.com/item/price-offers-for-woocommerce/) includes the offer button, the full offer form, styling, every email and manual accept, reject and counter handling for all products. Pro adds offers on selected products, categories and variations, the button on shop pages, automatic accept and reject, and Dokan support.

In short, everything about the button, form, styling, emails, and manual offer handling is free. Pro is worth it when you need to enable offers on *specific* products, categories, or variations, place the button on shop pages, or let the plugin accept and reject offers automatically.

## How to tell which options are Pro

In the free version, Pro options are visible but greyed out, with a note that says you need the Pro version to use them. In practice these are:

- **Products** set to **Enable for selected products only** (General section), and the selected products, variations and categories fields that go with it.
- The **Advanced Positions Options** in the Button section (shop and category pages, custom hooks).
- Auto-accept and auto-reject in the Automation section.
- The Dokan option in the Compatibility section.

Every other field works in the free version.

## How to upgrade

1. Buy Pro and download the Pro zip from your WPFactory account.
2. Go to **Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin**, upload the zip and activate it.
3. Open **WPFactory > Price Offers**. The Pro options are now editable, and your existing settings and offers are kept.

## FAQ

### Do I need to keep the free plugin installed with Pro?

No. Pro is a complete plugin. If both are active, the free copy detects Pro and stops loading, so nothing runs twice. You can deactivate and delete the free copy.

### Will I lose my settings or offers when I upgrade?

No. Free and Pro use the same settings and the same offers list, so everything you configured carries over.

### Can I restrict offers to certain products in the free version?

Partly. The free version can exclude products that are out of stock, have a price, or are above or below a price you set. ### Is auto-accept available in the free version?
