# Quantity Manager: Free vs Pro Features

The free version of [Min Max Step Quantity Limits Manager for WooCommerce](https://wpfactory.com/item/product-quantity-for-woocommerce/) covers store-wide and per-product minimum, maximum and step rules, cart totals, fixed quantities and the dropdown, all at **WPFactory > Quantity Manager**. Pro adds per-category and per-attribute rules, per-product defaults and fixed lists, shop-page quantity boxes and role targeting.

In the free version, most Pro options appear greyed out in the settings. Here is the split, verified against the plugin.

## Which version do you need?

- **Free is enough** if one set of rules fits the whole store, or you are happy to set limits product by product.
- **Choose Pro** if rules differ by category or attribute, you want quantity boxes on shop pages, or the rules should apply only to certain user roles.

## FAQ

### Are per-product minimum and maximum quantities free?

Yes. Tick **Per product** in the Minimum Quantity, Maximum Quantity or Quantity Step section, and a **Product Quantity** box appears on each product. Per-product default and fixed quantities need Pro.

### How do I switch from Free to Pro?

### Is the quantity box on shop pages free?
