# Customers Can Still Add Multiple Quantities to the Cart

## Customers can still add more than one unit

If customers can still add several units of a product with the Min Max Step Quantity Limits Manager for WooCommerce, go to WPFactory > Quantity Manager > General and tick Sold individually to remove the quantity box. To keep the box but cap it, enable the Maximum Quantity section and set All products to 1.

### Fix

1. Go to **WPFactory > Quantity Manager > General** (also **WooCommerce > Settings > Product Quantity**).
2. To remove the quantity box entirely, tick **Sold individually**.
3. To keep the box but cap it, open the **Maximum Quantity** section, enable it, and set **All products** to `1`.
4. Save changes.

**Note:** WooCommerce also has its own per-product "Sold individually" checkbox on the product's **Inventory** tab. If another cart plugin re-adds quantity controls, deactivate it to test for a conflict.
