# Order and Order Item Export Fields, Free and Pro

[Export Products, Orders & Customers for WooCommerce](https://wpfactory.com/item/export-woocommerce/) gives you two order-related tools: Export Orders (one row per order) and Export Orders Items (one row per line item). Almost every field is free; this article shows what each tool offers and marks the Pro additions.

### Export Orders fields (all free)

- **Order basics:** Order ID, Order Number, Status, Date, Time, Item Count.
- **Contents and money:** Order Items, Order Product Input Fields, Currency, Total, Total Tax, Shipping Total, Payment Method, Shipping Method.
- **Notes:** Order Notes.
- **People:** Customer ID, plus the full billing and shipping address set (name, company, address, city, state, postcode, country, phone, email).

**Pro field:** **Backend Order Notes** (internal notes your team adds to an order) is available only with Export WooCommerce Pro.

### Export Orders Items fields (all free)

- **Order context** (repeated per item): Order ID, Number, Status, Date, Time, Item Count, Currency, Total, Total Tax, Shipping Total, Payment Method, Order Notes, and billing and shipping details.
- **Item details:** Item Id, Item Name, Item SKU, Item Product Input Fields, Item Meta, Item Variation Meta, Item Quantity, Item Tax Class, Item Product ID, Item Variation ID.
- **Item money:** Item Line Subtotal, Item Line Total, Item Line Subtotal Tax, Item Line Tax, Item Line Subtotal Plus Tax, Item Line Total Plus Tax.

Backend Order Notes is a Pro field here too.

### Custom order and item meta fields

Both tools have an "Additional ... Meta Fields" control to add columns from meta keys. On Order Items each field also has a **Type** (Order Meta or Product Meta). The free version allows one such field per report; Pro removes the limit.

### Where to run these exports

Set your fields under **WPFactory > Export** (also reachable at **WooCommerce > Settings > Export**), then click **Open Tool** to run the export from the dashboard at **WooCommerce > Export**.
