# Order Min/Max Amount: Reset a Settings Section to Defaults

## Reset a settings section to defaults

To reset a settings section in [Order Minimum/Maximum Amount Limits for WooCommerce](https://wpfactory.com/item/order-minimum-maximum-amount-for-woocommerce/), go to WPFactory > Order Min/Max, open the sub-tab you want to reset, tick Reset section settings in the Reset Settings group at the bottom, and click Save changes. Only that section returns to its defaults. The reset is free but cannot be undone.

### Step-by-step

1. Go to **WPFactory > Order Min/Max** (also reachable at **WooCommerce > Settings > Order Min/Max Amount**).
2. Open the sub-tab you want to reset (for example **Amounts**, **Messages**, or **Shipping**).
3. Scroll to the **Reset Settings** group at the bottom and tick **Reset section settings**.
4. Click **Save changes**. The options in that section return to their defaults and a confirmation notice appears.

**Note:** the reset clears only the section you are on. The option that drives it is `alg_wc_oma_<section>_reset` (for example `alg_wc_oma_messages_reset`). There is no global "reset everything" button, so you reset each section individually.

### Good to know

- Resetting is immediate and cannot be undone, so note your current values first if you may need them.
- The General tab's section id is empty, so its reset option is `alg_wc_oma__reset`.
