This reference lists every condition, its option ID and default. A condition is ignored when left empty, and a rule applies only when all of its non-empty conditions match. Every condition here is available in the free version for your single rule. Conditions live inside each **Rule** section at **WPFactory > Order Status Rules** (also reachable at **WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Rules**). Use the exact key shown above when reading or writing it in code. ### Coupons | Label | Option ID | Default | | --- | --- | --- | | Coupons | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_coupons[1]` | Do not check | | Specific coupons | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_specific_coupons[1]` | (empty) | Coupons can be **Do not check**, **Any coupon**, **Specific coupon(s)** or **No coupons**. Specific coupons is a comma-separated list, used only when **Specific coupon(s)** is selected. ### Users | Label | Option ID | Default | | --- | --- | --- | | Billing emails | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_billing_emails[1]` | (empty) | | User roles | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_user_roles[1]` | (none) | | Users | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_users[1]` | (none) | | Paying customer | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_paying_customer[1]` | Do not check | Billing emails accepts a comma-separated list. Paying customer can be **Do not check**, **Paying customer** or **Not paying customer**. ### Dates and order meta | Label | Option ID | Default | | --- | --- | --- | | Date created before | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_date_created_before[1]` | (empty) | | Date created after | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_date_created_after[1]` | (empty) | | Meta key | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_meta_key[1]` | (empty) | | Meta value | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_meta_value[1]` | (empty) | | Multiple meta values | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_meta_value_is_multiple[1]` | No | | Meta compare | `alg_wc_order_status_rules_meta_compare[1]` | Equals | Dates are compared in UTC. Meta compare can be **Equals** or **Not equals**; enable **Multiple meta values** to match any value in a comma-separated list. ### Hide conditions you do not use To simplify the rule screen, use **Disabled conditions** in the **Advanced** section to remove condition groups you never need. ### Put these conditions to work Every condition above is free for your single rule.
