# Payment Gateways Not Showing for Assigned Products or Categories

## Payment gateways are not showing (or hiding) as configured

If payment gateways do not show or hide as configured in [Payment Methods by Product & Country for WooCommerce](https://wpfactory.com/item/payment-gateways-per-product-for-woocommerce/), open the rule's tab at WPFactory > Payment Gateways per Products and confirm Enable section is ticked. Use either Include or Exclude for each gateway and term, never both, then save and clear all caches.

### Common symptoms

- Category, tag or product restrictions are set, but all payment methods still appear at checkout.
- Gateways you added to an Exclude field are still available.
- Changes do not take effect after saving.

### Causes

- The section holding the rule is not enabled (each tab has its own **Enable section** checkbox).
- The same category, tag or product is set in both **Include** and **Exclude** for one gateway, so the two rules cancel out.
- A page, server, CDN or browser cache is serving an old gateway list.

### Solution

1. Go to **WPFactory > Payment Gateways per Products** (also reachable at **WooCommerce > Settings > Payment Gateways per Products**).
2. Open the tab with your rule and confirm **Enable/Disable > Enable section** is ticked.
3. For each gateway and term, use either **Include** or **Exclude**, never both.
4. Click **Save changes**.
5. Clear all caches (browser, caching plugin, server, CDN), then hard-refresh the checkout page.
6. Test with a clean cart: add a product, then open checkout to force the gateway list to recalculate.
7. If it is still wrong, temporarily disable other payment or checkout plugins and retest.

### Prerequisites

- The plugin and WooCommerce are up to date.
- The gateways you want to control are enabled in **WooCommerce > Settings > Payments**.
