# Troubleshooting Pop-up Notices for WooCommerce

If pop-ups from Popups for WooCommerce: Add to Cart, Checkout & More are not appearing, not closing, or duplicating, first confirm Enable Plugin is ticked at WPFactory > Popups, check that the notice type you expect is enabled under Notice types, and clear page, CDN, and browser caches. Most remaining cases are plugin or theme conflicts.

### Start here

1. Confirm the plugin is active and **Enable Plugin** is ticked at **WPFactory > Popups** (also reachable at **WooCommerce > Settings > Pop-up Notices**).
2. Confirm the notice type you expect (error, success, or info) is enabled under **Notice types**.
3. Clear any page cache, CDN cache, and browser cache so you are testing the latest scripts.

Then work through the specific cases:

- [General troubleshooting](https://wpfactory.com/docs/popup-notices-for-woocommerce/): conflicts, caching, and JavaScript errors.
- [Specific issues](https://wpfactory.com/docs/popup-notices-for-woocommerce/): pop-up not displaying, pop-up not closing.
- [Customization issues (Pro)](https://wpfactory.com/docs/popup-notices-for-woocommerce/): custom HTML and shortcode problems.
