All settings are at **WooCommerce > Settings > Review replies**, in four sections: General, Email, Compatibility and Advanced. Every option is included with your purchase; there is no separate free tier. ## General section ### General options | Label | Option ID | Default | What it does | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Enable plugin | `ariwcr_opt_enable` | Yes | Turns all Easy Replies features on or off | | Verfied owner (sic) | `ariwcr_opt_remove_verified_owner_requirement` | Yes | Removes WooCommerce's "verified owners only" review rule for users allowed to reply. They can then also leave reviews | | Reply using popup | `ariwcr_opt_popup_reply` | No | Replies are written in a pop-up form, published immediately, and the page reloads | ### Reply permissions | Label | Option ID | Default | What it does | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Product author | `ariwcr_opt_permission_ownership` | Yes | Lets a product's author reply to reviews on that product | | User role | `ariwcr_opt_permission_roles` | Administrator | Roles allowed to reply on any product. Includes all site roles plus Guest (logged-out visitors) | ### Review | Label | Option ID | Default | What it does | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Review count | `ariwcr_review_count_force` | No | Forces the product review count to be read from the stored `_wc_review_count` meta | | Reviews tab title | `ariwcr_custom_reviews_tab_title` | No | Replaces the Reviews tab title with the custom text below | | Reviews tab title: Custom text | `ariwcr_reviews_tab_title_text` | `Reviews (%parentless_review_count%)` | `%parentless_review_count%` is replaced with the product's stored review count. Only applied to products with at least one review | ### Rating | Label | Option ID | Default | What it does | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Rating requirement | `ariwcr_opt_remove_rating_requirement` | Yes | Removes WooCommerce's "star ratings required" rule for users allowed to reply | | Force rating requirement removal | `ariwcr_opt_remove_rating_requirement_force` | No | Also removes the `required` attribute from the rating select with JavaScript. Use if the option above does not work | | Rating meta | `ariwcr_opt_prevent_saving_rating` | Yes | Stops a `rating` value being saved on replies to reviews | | Hide rating | `ariwcr_opt_hide_rating` | Yes | Hides the rating field on the reply form for users allowed to reply | ### Comment field label | Label | Option ID | Default | What it does | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Label action | `ariwcr_opt_comment_field_label_action` | Ignore | Ignore, Hide or Change text for the "Your review" label, for users allowed to reply | | Label text | `ariwcr_opt_comment_field_label_text` | Your reply | Label shown while replying, when Label action is Change text | | Label selector | `ariwcr_opt_label_selector` | `.comment-form-comment label` | CSS selector of the label | ## Email section | Label | Option ID | Default | What it does | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Review authors | `ariwcr_notify_comment_authors` | No | Adds the review author to the WordPress new comment email when their review gets a reply. Needs **Settings > Discussion > Anyone posts a comment** | | Email text | `ariwcr_remove_undesired_texts_from_email` | Yes | Removes the IP address, "In reply to:" and the Trash, Spam and Delete links from review notification emails | ## Compatibility section | Label | Option ID | Default | What it does | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | WooCommerce: Product Reviews | `ariwcr_dtwp_fix_reviews_change` | Yes | Fixes the admin review edit screen issues introduced when WooCommerce 6.7.0 separated reviews from comments | | Dokan: Reviews form | `ariwcr_compatibility_dokan_enable_reviews_form_for_authors` | No | Keeps the review form for product authors, which Dokan removes by default | | Porto: CSS Body classes | `ariwcr_compatibility_porto_disable_body_class_function` | No | Stops Porto's `porto_wc_body_class` function from running. Enable if Porto triggers an error there | | REHub Theme: Style | `ariwcr_opt_rehub_theme_rhcomments_style` | No | Loads REHub's `rhcomments` stylesheet on product pages. Enable if replies are not displayed correctly | ## Advanced section You rarely need to change these. They help on themes with custom review markup. | Label | Option ID | Default | What it does | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Parent input selector | `ariwcr_opt_parent_input_selector` | `#comment_parent` | CSS selector of the hidden input holding the parent review ID (used by the label change) | | Comments wrapper selector | `ariwcr_opt_comments_selector` | `#comments` | CSS selector of the reviews container. Combined with the rating and label selectors to hide those elements while replying | | Rating wrapper selector | `ariwcr_opt_rating_wrapper_selector` | `.comment-form-rating` | CSS selector of the rating field container | | Comment reply JS | `ariwcr_opt_comment_reply` | No | Loads WordPress's `comment-reply` script on product pages, for themes that skip it. Enable if replies are not attached to the right review | ## Reset Settings Each section ends with **Reset section settings** (option ID `alg_wc_reviews_frontend_replies_{section}_reset`). Tick it and save to restore that section's defaults.
