# WooCommerce Advanced Reporting and Statistics Settings Reference

This reference lists every setting in [WooCommerce Advanced Reporting and Statistics](https://wpfactory.com/item/woocommerce-advanced-reporting-and-statistics/), with its exact label, option ID and default. All of these live on the **Settings** tab at **WPFactory > Reporting & Statistics**, split across three sections: General Settings, Email and Orders Custom Report.

### General Settings

**Selected default status** is the status set every report uses when you do not pick a specific status. The **Query by** options each add a filter dropdown to the report toolbar; see the **report filters** guide. **Orders to query each time** controls how many orders are loaded per batch, while **Orders per page**, **Months per page** and **Years per page** control pagination in the respective tables.
