# How to Auto-Accept and Auto-Reject Price Offers

To auto-accept and auto-reject price offers in [Name Your Price: Make Your Own Offer for WooCommerce](https://wpfactory.com/item/price-offers-for-woocommerce/) Pro, go to WPFactory > Price Offers > Automation. Set a Minimum price to accept offers at or above it automatically, and a Maximum price to reject offers at or below it. Set either value to zero to turn it off.

### Before you start

- WooCommerce, active.
- [Name Your Price](https://wpfactory.com/item/price-offers-for-woocommerce/) Pro (auto-accept and auto-reject are Pro features).

### Where the settings live

Go to **WPFactory > Price Offers** (also reachable at **WooCommerce > Settings > Price Offers**) and open the **Automation** section.

### Auto-Accept

| Label | Option ID | Default |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Minimum price | `alg_wc_po_auto_accept[min_price]` | 0 (disabled) |
| Customer notice | `alg_wc_po_auto_accept[notice]` | Your price offer has been accepted. |

Set **Minimum price** to the lowest amount you are willing to accept automatically. Any offer at or above it is accepted, and the product is added to the customer's cart. Offers below it are left open for you to handle. Set the value to zero to turn auto-accept off.

### Auto-Reject

| Label | Option ID | Default |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Maximum price | `alg_wc_po_auto_reject[max_price]` | 0 (disabled) |
| Customer notice | `alg_wc_po_auto_reject[notice]` | Your price offer has been rejected. |

Any offer at or below the **Maximum price** is rejected automatically. Set the value to zero to turn auto-reject off.

### Per-product thresholds

When per-product offers are enabled, each product's **Product data** panel adds an **Auto-accept price** (`alg_wc_po_auto_accept_min_price`) and **Auto-reject price** (`alg_wc_po_auto_reject_max_price`). Leave a product's field blank to fall back to the global value above. See [Enable price offers for selected products](https://wpfactory.com/docs/woocommerce-price-offers-selected-products/).

### How the thresholds interact

- An offer at or above the auto-accept minimum is accepted.
- An offer at or below the auto-reject maximum is rejected.
- An offer between the two is left open for manual review.

Set the two values so they do not overlap, leaving a middle band for offers you want to consider yourself.
