Here’s how to set it up:
Step 1:
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping tab

- Give your zone a name like:

Step7:
- Manual Min Amount Options
This option allows you to manually enter the minimum shipping amount if you are using non-standard shipping methods for free shipping.
If the minimum amount is zero or negative, it will be ignored.
You can also set the minimum shipping amount based on user roles, currencies and/or shipping zones.

- Progress Bar Options
