Managing Sales Data with Maximum Products per User
The “Maximum Products per User” plugin for WooCommerce allows you to view and manage user purchase history for enforcing purchase limits.
Accessing Sales Data
- Show user sales data on the profile page: This enables you to see each user’s past purchases relevant to purchase limits.
Data Management Options
- AJAX: This utilizes AJAX technology to load sales data efficiently, especially if you have a large user base. This can help prevent timeouts or slow loading times.
- Variations: Even if you haven’t enabled the “Use Variations” option in the general settings, you can still choose to show variations within the sales data.
- Lifetime: This option automatically updates the “Lifetime” column based on data from the “Orders” column. However, this makes the “Lifetime” column non-editable.
Empty Items and Calculations
- Empty items: For products or categories with no sales data, the plugin can add a “Lifetime” column showing zero purchases.
- Terms data: By enabling this option, the plugin automatically calculates data for product categories and tags based on individual product data. However, this makes category and tag data non-editable.
Sales Data Export
The plugin offers tools to export user sales data for further analysis or record-keeping.
- Export: This initiates the sales data export process for all users on your store.
- Column separator: Define the character used to separate data points within the exported file (e.g., comma or semicolon).
Merging User Data
- Merge user: This option combines all sales data for a single user into a single line within the exported file.
- Data separator: This defines the character used to separate data points within a merged user’s data (only relevant if “Merge user” is enabled).
- Extra meta: You can define additional comma-separated meta details to be included in the exported data (only relevant if “Merge user” is enabled).
By utilizing these features, you can effectively monitor user purchase history, facilitate data analysis through exports, and ensure accurate record-keeping within your WooCommerce store’s purchase limits system.
