This lets you exclude

Pro Feature:Enable “Make an offer” on a per-product or per-variation level. This gives you granular control over which products or variations customers can negotiate on.
Category Targeting (Disabled in Free Version)
Require categories: (Pro Feature) Only allow offers on products belonging to specific categories.
Exclude categories: (Pro Feature) Prevent offers on products within specific categories.
