    My license key says invalid though I do have a valid subscription.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Could you please go to My Account > Downloads & Keys, delete the old key, and generate a new one?

    Deleting the key in My Account and generating a new one solved the issue. Thanks!
