Stock is not updating

    Hi,

    1. Is this the only place/way to ask for support?
    2. I created a custom gateway, visitor buys a product using and the order is created and the STOCK is updated. The problem is that if I make the order ‘cancelled’ the STOCK is not updating.

    Could you share more details about your issue? I just placed an order with custom payment gateway & the stock did update back when I cancelled the order. Please see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/xyfr4t .

    Can you share a screenshot of how you’ve setup the custom payment gateway?
