    Hi, I just buy and install your plugin Custom Shipping Methods for WooCommerce Pro on wordpress (theme FLATSOME)

    But I can’t use the distance code with my Google API

    I try this code on “distance calculation”, and in other time on “cost”, but it doesn’t work

     1,5 * [distance key = "A..." default_distance = "15" debug = "yes" units = "km"]

    You can see it on my video.
    Can you help me please to use your plugin please?

    Hi Fanny, I think you missed attaching the video link. I would also recommend that you do not paste the API key in your replies. I’ll have that one removed.

    I saw the code, can you use 1.5 instead of 1,5 & then check if it works?

    Bonjour Vishal, mon problème n’est toujours pas résolu. Cela ne fonctionne ni avec 1.5 ni avec 1,5. Pourriez vous m’aider svp?

    Could you email us the plugin settings that you’ve kept in Custom Shipping?

    You also mentioned about a video the first time when you reported this issue – could you share that video?

    Does the shipping method appear on the checkout page?
