WPFactory Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering the WPFactory affiliate program. This page contains the terms and conditions that govern the affiliate program. By joining our affiliate program, you are agreeing to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
Affiliate Commissions
- Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 30% commission on the sales generated through their referral links. WPFactory reserves the right to modify this rate at any time. Any change to the commission rate will be communicated via email.
- Eligibility: Commissions will only be awarded for the initial purchase made by a new customer referred through a legitimate referral link. This does not apply to renewals or follow-up purchases.
- Referral Tracking: WPFactory employs industry-standard tracking mechanisms to accurately record and attribute sales to affiliates. It is the affiliates’ responsibility to ensure their referral links are correctly formatted and functioning properly.
Payout Details
- Payout Schedule: Commissions will be paid monthly, on or around the 10th of the subsequent month to allow for any potential refunds to be processed.
- Payout Method: Payments will be made through PayPal, to the PayPal account associated with the affiliate’s registered email address.
- Minimum Threshold: A minimum threshold of $50 applies for payouts. If the accrued commission is below this threshold, it will roll over to the next payout period.
Referral Link Usage
- Approved Methods: Affiliates are encouraged to promote WPFactory products through legitimate methods such as blog posts, reviews, social media posts, and word-of-mouth recommendations.
- Prohibited Methods: The use of spam marketing, coupon sites, and pretending to be employed by WPFactory is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.
Representation and Warranties
- Legal Authority: By joining the affiliate program, affiliates represent that they have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to fulfill their obligations herein.
- Ethical Conduct: Affiliates warrant that their promotional activities will be ethical, lawful, and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Liability and Indemnification
- Liability: WPFactory shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from an affiliate’s participation in the affiliate program.
- Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold WPFactory harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from a violation of these terms and conditions.
Term and Termination
- Effective Date: These terms and conditions become effective upon the affiliate’s registration and acceptance into the WPFactory affiliate program.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the affiliate will no longer be eligible to earn commissions from referrals.
General Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
- Tax: Affiliates are responsible for any tax liabilities that arise from their participation in the affiliate program.
- Modification: WPFactory reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Continuation in the affiliate program following any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
