The process is quite simple
- make sure you have installed and activated YOAST SEO plugin
- build your WordPress Content excel file including columns for

- YOAST SEO DESCRIPTION
- YOAST SEO FOCUS KEYWORD
Your WordPress content will be imported along with the YOAST SEO Meta Title, Description and Focus Keyword.
