Frontend Replies in WooCommerce Reviews plugin allows product authors or specific user roles to reply to WooCommerce reviews on the frontend.
Permission Options
Settings are located in “WooCommerce > Settings > Frontend Reviews Replies”. Setups who is allowed to leave replies.

- If enabled – product authors are allowed to leave replies. This is useful if you have a marketplace and want to give your vendors the option to reply to reviews for their products.
