Hi Stefania,
Is this happening on a variable product? If yes, please check that the values for main product (the parent) don’t have “Add to all” ticked next to it, you will find this at the lower end of the plugin section on the product edit page.
If no, please send us wp-admin access to [email protected], it might be a glitch between plugin & theme.
