Thanks for reaching out.
Our plugin is compatible with the WC Vendors marketplace plugin. However, the user must select the Export custom meta? checkbox while exporting the product in order to export the EAN of each product. The EANs for each product will then be listed in the column named Meta:_alg_ean of the CSV file.
