Hi, how can I display a field depending on the value the user has selected via ‘select field’? I added the value of the filed by “anthoer Field”, but how can I now specify the value of the field? I have the paid version.

Thank you

Hi there,

It wasn’t possible, but I have just added it to the plugin.

Please update the (Pro) plugin to the latest v1.8.3. Then, in the “By another field” options section, there will be two new options – select “Check for an exact value” in the first one and set the value you need in the second one.

Please give it a try and let me know what you think.

And if you like the plugin, please consider leaving me a rating at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/custom-checkout-fields-for-woocommerce/reviews/

Best regards,

<p style=”font-weight: 400;”>Hello Hindi,

<p style=”font-weight: 400;”>first of all, thank you for the customisation. We have just tested it. It is not working yet. All fields are still displayed. I have attached a video here: Website fild.mov

<p style=”font-weight: 400;”>I have entered the Selcet values directly, do I need to change anything here to make it work?
Best regards

Hi there,

Thank you for your message. Please take a moment to watch the attached video. I’ve tested it on my end, and everything is working correctly.

Could you please send the access permissions to your site to [email protected]? This will allow us to investigate the issue further for you.

Thank you!

Best regards,
