    Hello Ronny,

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    I’ve just tested the plugin, and you can refer to this video for your reference. Please ensure that you’ve configured the shipping methods properly in WooCommerce settings. In our plugin, you can check both the Required and Exclude Product options. After enabling them, you can specify the desired products for each shipping method and try excluding some products as well. The same applies to product tags.

    Additionally, please ensure to change the address while you are testing, as demonstrated in the video. If you need any further assistance, feel free to let me know.

    Hello Taha,

    thank you for your response. I allready answered to your answer, but this post is hidden?!
    So i tried again: This solution doesn’t worked. I tired it on 3 different sites.

    When I activate this condition, the checkout said there is no delivery option configured. :/

    Can you help me please?

    Hi,

    your plugin doenst work anymore. Can you please check?

    1. I activated Conditional Shipping as plugin
    2. Conditional Shipping > Enable plugin = checked
    3. Conditions > Require Products = checked (because a product needs free shipping)
    4. Require Products > Enable condition = checked
    5. Free shipping methode includes the name of my product

    Thats it. But it doesn’t work.
    What is wrong? What is missing?
