Yes it does.You’re right. Although the default wish list is created only on main site, the plugin works just fine on Multisites. You just have to create the WishList page individually for each site, add the [alg_wc_wl] shortcode and set it as Wish List page on plugin’s settings.

Yes, you simply have to create a folder called “wish-list-for-woocommerce” on your theme folder. Copy the template you want to this folder and edit it like you want
