Help setup the plugin

I need your support. I hope you can help to resolve my problem.

We are based in Hungary (our VAT is 27%). We are sell goods to companies (with EU VAT number without VAT) and customers (with 20% VAT) to Croatia. EU VAT number is an option not mandatory.  If a company doesn’t give an EU VAT number we can’t sell with 20% VAT (in this case is must to sell goods with 27% VAT), but the order will be finished without EU VAT number and paid by card.

We use Flexible Checkout Fields  plugin. I created a checkbox to the customers to check they are companies or consumers.  If the checkbox is checked the company name is shown, but eu vat number field is not in list and it can’t be hidden to the consumer. I created an EU VAT Number textbox, but _billing_eu_vat_number meta is reserved so in this case you will see twice thix textbox and my textbox won’t be checked by your plugin.
