I am trying to install this plug in of EAN and Barcodes for WooCommerce.
Unfotunately, its not working and I believe you need the payment first and then you will let us try its functionalities. But Before I buy I want to test this if this could work for what exactly I am looking for.
So, I want to fetch the EAN from my WooCommerce Description and one vendor’s plug in into my WooCommerce Product Data Section. but very panic since 2 days i am trying to test this plug in but the page hanges.

I’m sorry, but I’m not sure if I got the question correctly, could you please elaborate? Do you mean you want to automatically extract EANs from the existing product descriptions?
As for “… I believe you need the payment first…” – I’m not entirely sure, but it doesn’t look like the Pro plugin version will help with your task.
