    Hi Spiros,

If you need to add this shipping value of 4.50 for all the orders, you could enable “Extra Costs: Shipping Methods > Extra shipping costs” and then you’d just have to setup the value there by shipping method.

If you just want to do that for a specific order, you could enable:
“- Orders > Per Order > Shipping fee”

After that you would have to recalculate the orders.

Let me know if it helps 😉

    hi,
i added the shipping cost but that cost the customer pays not me.
the product is like this when https://ibb.co/k5SLkw4
    and profit look like this:
    Net: 13.99
    Cost: 10.99
    Profit: 3.00

i think is wrong as my profit should be 8.49.
customer pays for shipping 4.99 and and i pay 4.50 so on that i have 0.50 profit how do set it up?

    Hello Spiros,

Regarding the shipping, please check if this option can help you:
    – Orders > Calculations > Shipping to profit

Regarding your other question about order status, please try these 2 options:
    – Tools & Reports > Reports > Orders report: Order status
    – Orders > Admin Orders List Columns > Order statuses

ok now i get like this:
    Net sale: 13.99
    Cost: 10.99
    Profit: 7.99

my actually cost is 6.00 for the item and 4.99 is the shipping cost that the buyers pays.
is this the right way to setup? sorry as i am newbie.

    Hi Spiros,

    Sorry for the delay.
To get these results, I believe you could set it like this:

    – Product price: 12
    – Product cost: 6
    – WooCommerce shipping Cost: 4.99
    – COG shipping cost: 4.5

And you’d also have to enable this option:
    – Shipping to profit

Let me know if you need more help

    – WooCommerce shipping Cost: 4.99
This is how I called the default shipping provided by WooCommerce on the Shipping tab

    – COG shipping cost: 4.5
This is a section inside the Cost of Goods plugin. You can find it in “Extra Costs: Shipping Methods“. You have to enable the section first on Extra shipping costs and then you can simply fill a fixed cost related to the shipping method you’re using.
