Notices are important messages WooCommerce displays on your store for customers, like:

Can I change the style and location of the close button to a button labeled “Close” at the bottom center, instead of “X” in the corner?

        Hello Joe,
On the style settings, there is a “Close Button – Internal” option.
You can simply enable it πŸ˜‰

    1. This plugin does not override all of the default messages especially in my multi vendor dashboard. Also when adding a product to cart, it does not give the success massage until I view the cart!!! Please could I have a refund as this does not meet my needs?

      1. Hi Robert,

Can I try to help you first?
What is the message you’re trying to override? And regarding the “Add to cart” message, did you try to use the “ignore” option?

Meanwhile, would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?
If that’s the case, please send a message to [email protected]

    2. Hi I need a popup that when user click on “place order” on woocommerce show a popup that summarise the shipping address and user details saying: verify if your shipping and billing data are correct and have 2 buttons: change or proceed, if proceed customer place order if click on change back to billing information
is it possible with your plugin?

      1. Hi Jack,

        No, it’s not possible.
I believe that it would be necessary to create a custom code to achieve it

      2. Hello, before I purshase this, is there a way that the pop up doesn’t interfere with the page? Like if I have the pop up open I can make clicks on the page without needing to close it first.

Kind of what this page(wp factory) is doing on the bottom left corner

      3. Hi Adrian,

I’m sorry. This is not possible for now πŸ™

      4. Thank you, another question what Im I suposse to write on the ignored messages section? Please explained in detail and if ypu can provide an example would be great!

      5. Adrian, please update the plugin to the latest version. I just released a new one.
        – Free version is now 1.2.5
        – Pro version is now 1.3.0

I’ve created a new option considering your message. It was a little bit confusing indeed. The new option is “Search method”.

        – If you use “Partial comparison”, you can add just a part of the message on the Ignored messages field. For example, let’s say you want to ignore the message when an item is added to cart, like “X has been added to your cart.”.
In that case you can enter just “has been added”

        – If you use “Full comparison”, you have to enter the complete message, including the HTML

Let me know if it helps πŸ˜‰

      6. I updated it but it seems you change the pot file, now I cant translate the notices πŸ™

      7. I check the previous version. I dont know what happen or why but before I was able to translate everything! there where around 235 string including all the notices messages. }
Now I can only translate 35 strings and none are of the notice messages which is my biggest concerned because my page is for spanish speakers.

      8. Hello Adrian,
I just released a new version with the updated POT file.

Please try again and let me know if it’s ok πŸ˜‰

      9. Hello again, damn thank you for the great suppport but the pot file still missing the notices strings which is what matters to me. Before i had everything on spanish, for example the notices that said “Thanks for the registration, you need to very your email first” (Not exactly that but something alike) and right now the pot file doesnt have any of does strings. It only has the strings of the back end πŸ™

        (even with the new update)

      10. Anytime Adrian πŸ˜‰

Hum, I think the strings you want to translate are not related to the Popup plugin. We only have backend strings indeed.

I believe that probably they are related to your theme or some other plugin. Do you remember if you have updated something else lately? And how are you trying to translate the strings?

      11. LOL you are right I was talking about email verifcation plugin damn I fill so stupid. Sorry to bother you so much my bad.

      12. No problem, it happens πŸ˜‰
        See you

    3. Hi, we need a plugin that will pop up a message on the WooCommerce Cart page between 2pm and Midnight, to say something like “Deliveries for tomorrow are now closed. Orders will now be set for the following day”. Does this plugin allow for this? Thanks.

      1. Hello Brandt,

I’m sorry. This is not the plugin’s scope. Probably you’ll need some Cart Notice plugin.
Anyway, once you’re able to create the notice this plugin would be able to display it inside the popup

    4. I just purchased your plugin to see if I could get it to handle my needs.

I’m confused a bit by the custom message options. Is it possible to add a message for the condition when the dollar amount of a specific category is below a certain amount?

We are a dog products company, and we offer free shipping for dog treat orders of $20 or more. I’m currently using YITH messages plugin to deliver this notice … but I’m hoping to reduce the number of plugins on my site and would prefer to deliver all cart/single product messages via one plugin.

      1. Hi Bruce,

        Sorry for the delay.
Unfortunately this plugin can’t handle conditional messages. It can only display the WooCommerce notices inside popups and it can also change the already existing messages

    5. hi, thank you for the great plugin. is it possible to have the “Auto-close popup after x seconds” only on success and info messages?

      1. Hi Han,
I just created a new option for you.
You can find it inside the Plugin’s settings > Auto-close > Notice types

Please give it a try and let me know if it works for you πŸ˜‰

      2. hi Pablo, thank you for your message. i think it is not working yet. when setting only the success messages to x seconds closing time still all message types close in x seconds.

      3. Hum,
It seems to be working for me. Can you please send a message to [email protected] with some screenshots of the problem?

If it’s possible, send some login info too so I could login and check what’s going on?

      4. Just one question before, have you tried to update to version 1.2.7?
The new option I created for you is present on this version

      5. yes, 1.2.7 is installed.
i switched to 2019 theme and disabled all plugins but nothing changed.

    6. Hi, I’m interested in using this plugin, unfortunately once it is activated it causes a wordpress critical error!

I have tried to test the plugin with a default theme and with all other plugins disables but woocommerce.

      Here is the debug info:

[09-Oct-2020 11:13:46 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘ThanksToIT\PNWC\Core’ not found in /home/******

      1. Hi James,

Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?

You can use the [email protected] email address

    7. Hi – we have a pop up that says “No need to bid. Your bid is winning!”. I tried adding it to the messages section in your plugin and modifying it but it didn’t work. Any ideas?

      1. Hi David,
Please make sure that your settings are like this:
        – Customize Messages: Enabled
        – Message #x: Enabled
        – Type: Regular HTML Content

And that on the “Original HTML Content” field you’ve filled it exactly as the message html you want to modify

    8. Hi just baught it

the thing is that a popup with copuon code pop notices
i want to disable pop but want to keep all the rest

      1. Hello,
If you just want to enable the popup in the cart, please try to use the “Restrictive Loading” option and set the Conditional(s) as Is Cart.

Let me know if it works πŸ˜‰

      1. Hi Benjamin,
I’m working on your first question now πŸ˜‰

The hiding options on the plugin don’t work for you? I mean:
        – Hide Error notices
        – Hide Success notices
        – Hide info notices

Please send an e-mail to [email protected] if you want me to take a look on your site

      2. Hi Pablo
        1. The Email: [email protected] Get back to us because your box is full

        2. The first question about Hiding default WooCommerce Notices is working perfectly I did not see the Notice Hiding setting (-:

        3. Now the second question bothers me We are working RTL and the all content more then 2 lines We can see it aligned to LTR.

        4. Pablo, We have 3 wonderful plugins from your factory group and all of them working perfect, That popup Does an amazing job.
Thank alot Benny and waiting for reply

      3. Hi Pablo
I wondering if you have my comment, If it is possible to alien the content popup from LTR to RTL.

      4. Hi,
I just created the RTL option for you.

    9. Hello,

I have a question. I want to customize the popup message. I would like to know if there is a command that get the product name from my inventory in woo commerce.

FOR EXAMPLE: [REMINDER] Please make sure that your {PRODUCT NAME} β€œ{{post_title}}” is the correct model.

      1. Hi,
        Sorry for the delay.

I’m not sure If I got your question.
Can you please send an e-mail to [email protected]?

      2. Hi
Yes it is. We are running a wholesale multi vendor website. The wholesale plugin use woocommerce notice like you see in the picture attached.

        thanks Benny

    10. Hello,

I already purchased the PREMIUM version of Popup Notices for WooCommerce but in my WordPress nothing has changed. I can not find the box to put the KEY.

      1. Hello Cristian,
Please use the WPFactory Helper plugin to put your key. You can find it here:

    11. Is there any documentation for this plugin?

      1. Hello Joseph,
The only documentation is on the description tab and on the plugin’s settings.
Would you like some help with something?

    12. How do I display a different pop up message, for different pages?

I run a multi-vendor site, and would like display a different message, on each Vendor homepage.

      1. Hi Antonio.
There is no problem, you can do it just fine. Each subsite will be considered a different site, therefore you’ll be able to setup different messages for each one of them πŸ˜‰

    13. Can I change the style and location of the close button to a button labeled β€œClose” at the bottom center, instead of β€œX” in the corner?

    14. Sorry I was meant to say I enabled the cookies option but didn’t make a difference to the popup frequency.

      1. Hi Chris,
It only makes a difference if you add the same product twice or more.
Try to select the Static option and add the same product more than once

    15. Hi Pablo,
I don’t have a problem with your awesome plugin but I’d like to suggest a feature. Because it can be annoying to have to keep clicking on the close button, (esp. when user adds many products to cart) is there an option for the popup to timeout and auto-close after a certain time? like 0.5 seconds after success message? If there such option, can you share where it is? If there isn’t, would you consider adding such functionality?
I enabled the cookies thingy but make a difference.
      Take care

      1. Hi Chris,
        Thanks first of all πŸ™‚

I’ll try to add this option for you then πŸ˜‰

      2. Thank you Pablo, you are so kind πŸ™‚

      3. Anytime πŸ˜‰

        I just created it.
There will be a new option “Auto-Close” Time.

Please give it a try on the newest version 1.2.3 and let me know πŸ˜‰

    16. Pop ups are working but I want to not use pop ups on login page. THere I would like regular WooComm notices/messages/etc.

In your plugin I tried enabling custoomization, entered one of the messages in the orginal html field and added custom text to test if it could find the message and it worked. Then I checked the remove message box. It did remove the message from the pop up. But it did not allow it to show in the regular WC message area. Right under the “remove message” check box it says “Although the message will be removed from popup, it will remain on the regular notice. To fix it you can simply hide it” which makes me thin it would show in the regular WC space.

      1. Hello David,
I’m sorry but I ended up not being able to fully understand what you want, if it’s a question or a suggestion. Can you please elaborate it?

      2. Sorry, will try to be more clear.

on woocommerce register and login pages I do not want the popups. Instead, messages (like that username doesn’t exist when trying to login) should be handled by the regular Woo messages

      3. Hey David,

Have you tried some of the Restrictive Loading options?
Maybe it can help you. You could for example check only the cart and checkout pages.

Please try it. If it doesn’t work for you let me know that we can try to think on a solution together πŸ˜‰

    17. Hi there, nice plugin.
I just purchased it and I would like to modify some of the default woocommerce messages. For example, the add to cart success message (β€œX product” has been added to your cart. | View Cart). I would like to replace the word cart with the word basket. Is there an easy way to do this?

      1. Hi Chris,

You could create a custom message with these settings:

        – Type: Add to Cart
        – Modified HTML: View cart “{{post_title}}” has been added to your basket.

Please give it a try and let me know πŸ˜‰

      2. Hi Pablo, thank you very much for your quick reply. Yes it worked like a treat πŸ™‚
        Thank you!

    18. Hello,

When I check the option “Save messages in Browser’s Cookies”, it’s causing 406 errors, probably due to the protections activated by my host.
But I’ve never had this type of error before and it only occurs when I enable this option in your plugin.
Is it possible to prevent this error without disabling the host’s protections ?

      1. Hello,
I couldn’t reproduce your issue on my end.

Can you please send an e-mail to [email protected] with more info?
Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?

    19. Yesterday this plugin was working completely as it should, and suddenly today it is impossible to close out of the popup notifications. Neither the x button nor clicking away from the popup are working. The first time you try to close it, it will briefly close and then immediately reappear with the following Console Error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘openClass’ of undefined
      at HTMLDivElement.e (micromodal.min.js:1)

I am not very code savvy, but after digging around awhile, I have a hunch that recent changes to the Micromodal by Ghosh may to blame. It appears that within the past day changes were made to the Micromodal code to “Add the ability to customize open class name”. This seems to be directly related to the console error and the timing of those changes lines up with when your plugin stopped working for me.

I hope this information helps you in debugging this issue. If you have any questions or need anything from me, just let me know. Hopefully we can get a quick fix for this!

      1. Just FYI, the recent changes to the Micromodal code appear to have done the trick. My popups are once again functioning properly.

      2. Hello,
Great! So it seems to be all fine for you, correct?

If you need help please let me know πŸ˜‰

      3. Correct, everything is fine now. Thank you for following up!

    20. I’m having an issue. The modal will not close. It starts to and then pops back open and I get the following error in the console: micromodal.min.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘openClass’ of undefined
      at HTMLDivElement.e (micromodal.min.js:1)

      1. Hello Michael,
Micromodal had its code updated recently and it seems to had fixed the issue.
Please try to clear your browser cache and check if it will solve the issue and let me know πŸ˜‰

      2. Yes. All fixed now. Thank you.

    21. Hey Guys,

I have a scenario when a user adds a product to cart. They often do not read that it was a backordered item. Needing us to get involved after checkout manually to inform them that they ordered a backordered item. Usually this leads to disappointment.

So we need a pop up to inform them after clicking “Add to Cart” that the item is a backordered item and that its delivery will take longer than other products. It would be nice to have 2 buttons to either continue adding to cart or cancel the add to cart.

Can your plugin provide this kind of functionality?

      1. Hello Kyle,
No, the plugin can’t do that. It’s supposed to only display the messages as popups. It doesn’t create them.

But if you want I can try to create a custom code for you that does it.
Or even better, if you have an idea of how it could turn into a idea for a plugin, let me know πŸ˜‰

    22. Hi, I’m trying to understand the customize messages feature.
The admin UI says always says message #1. It’s the only thing it says. It makes me think it can only modify message number 1 and no other.

How am I supposed to modify more than 1 message?

      1. Hi David,
        Sorry for the delay.

You just have to set the “Total Messages” options on the “Messages” section.
Let me know if you need more assistance

      2. Ok thanks for that, now I have two messages. But the type dropdown only has regular html, add to cart, and coupon. Are those the only three I can customize. Right now I am looking for a message that reads No saved methods found that appears on the payment methods page.

How is this feature actually working? Do I enter “No saved methods found” in regular html content, then this plugin searches and replaces that?

      3. In our particular case this is the html No saved methods found.. I added that to the original html field but it doesn’t work.

      4. found this orginal html from woocom and tried that as well. I must be doing this wrong?

        No saved methods found.

      5. Hi David,
I’ve just created a new option for you called “Customize Translated Text”.
        Try to enable it.

And for the “Original HTML Content” field, leave it as:
        No saved methods found.

I’ve found out this message is not getting registered the correct way, but I believe it will work if you use the new option I created.

Please give it a try and let me know πŸ˜‰

      6. Thank Pable – it worked!!! On that message at least. Will try some others now. Thanks again for the great support.

      7. Anytime πŸ™‚
In that case, please consider leaving a review. It would be much appreciated πŸ™‚

If you notice anything else let me know.
        See you

    23. Hi There,

A small request, i want to prevent 1 type of messages from displaying.
The message : ‘this product is not purchasable’ does not need to be displayed.

Can you inform me how i can specify that in the backend of the plugin ?

      Thanks !

      Regards, Coen

      1. Hi Coen,

I believe all you need to do is add this text on the “Ignored Messages” option:
        is not purchasable

And also mark the Regular Expression option.

Let me know if it worked πŸ˜‰

    24. Hi, just bought the plugin.
I was wondering if is it possible to show the popup notice (the item is successfully added to the cart) bypassing the product deatil page. I have a button that directly add to cart and add to the url this variable /?add-to-cart=17896 .

    25. Hello,
We just updated to WooCommerce 3.7.0 and had the Problem, that after the Update, the WooCommerce-Settings-Page was unavailable.
We checked every Plugin we use and deactivated it. After deactivating “Popup Notices for WooCommerce Pro” the problem was gone. We checked the Error Logs and found the following Error Message fired, when calling WooCommerce-Settings-Page with activated “Popup Notices for WooCommerce Pro”-Plugin:
“Cannot declare class WC_Settings_General, because the name is already in use in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/settings/class-wc-settings-general.php on line 0”

We have installed the newest Version 1.1.6 of your plugin. Could you please help us fixing the problem?

      1. Hello,
Thanks. It helped me fixing the problem πŸ˜‰

Please try version 1.1.7. I believe I was able to fix the issue

      2. Please, use the version 1.1.8 as I found another problem and was able to fix it

      3. Hello,
        Thanks for the updates.
Version 1.1.7 fixed our first problem.
but we encountered a second-problem: the woocommerce->status page was throwing errors. Version 1.1.8 fixed that problem too.

      4. Thanks for letting me know Tobias πŸ˜‰

    26. When I install your pro version plugin, I cannot go into the woocommerce setting page, and show “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
But this problem does not appear in the free version.

      1. I don’t want to provide an admin account for you to check because there is too much customer’s private information. I feel that this is not a simple error. If you can’t solve the problem simply, I prefer to refund.

      2. Hi Joe,

Let me try to help you.
Please send the error from your admin email inbox to [email protected]

    27. While using popup-notices-for-woocommerce pro the shipping settings & currency setting become blank. Even shipping and currencies are working fine in frontend but in backend the setting are not able to see or edit.

Is there any known fixes for this conflict. Even the shipping woocommerce core setting

      1. Hello,
It’s weird. I couldn’t reproduce the error. Can I check it on your side?

Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?

Please use the email [email protected]

    28. HI. There’s problem on success color.

background and text all white, so i can’t see it.
      setting on plugin
      setting on theme color

i just want white background and basic text color on pop up plugins,
but text color alway follow theme success color.

      how can i fix it?

      1. hi again

        i fix it

        .success-color {
            color: #000000;

        use this css.

But there’s a new problem. By default, icons contained in woocommersce overlap those added in the plug-in.

        so it looks double checked.

how can i remove basic woocommerce checked icon?

      2. oobs

        i fix that problem too.

        .links>li>a:before, i[class^="icon-"], i[class*=" icon-"] {
            display: none;
      3. .links>li>a:before, i[class^="icon-"], i[class*=" icon-"] {
            display: none;

sadly, this code will hide all icons.

        i need your help :0

    29. Hello,
I just purchased the plugin as it seems to be exactly what I need. I am having a few issues that with settings not working as intended though.

I have the prevent scrolling and hide default woocommerce notices options both ticked but the functionality isn’t being applied to the front-end of the site. I have no other plugins installed but woocommerce.

I am also wanting to change the message that appears when a product is added to the cart. Is this possible in the messages section. I have tried a number of times without success.

      Thank you for your help!

      1. Hello Nicholas,
Hopefully it’s just a setting issue.

Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?

Please use the email [email protected]

    30. Help! Plugin is not working! All I did was add a message to “Ignored Messages.” Now none of the popups work. I took everything out of the ignored messages and still nothing works. I deactivated and reactivated the plugin and it is still not working.

      1. Hello Cathleen,
        But it was working before?

Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?

Please, send a message to [email protected]

    31. How to we change the style of the close button, border and that green background color in the pro version

      1. Hello,

Here on the Description tab, there is a screenshot of it. Please take a look.
There is a section on the Customizer where you can change options like that.

And I just released a new version (1.1.3) where it’s possible to change the border radius.

If you have any more questions let me know πŸ˜‰
        See you

    32. For pre-sale question: Is it possible to load the plugin in cart page only? I just want it to load that way. thanks

      1. Hello,

After reading your comment I decided to create a new option for you πŸ™‚
I just commited it on version 1.1.0.

It’s called “Restrictive Loading” and you can choose what will be the pages that the plugin will load

    33. Hi,

I have selected AJAX add to cart buttons on archive pages option and also have the default WooCommerce notices hidden yet the page still scrolls to the top every time I add a product to the cart. I need to the notice to popup and leave the user in the same location where he/she clicked ‘add to cart’.

Is there someway I can solve this issue? Thanks!

      1. Hello Pierre,
After reading your comments I’ve just created a new option for you on version 1.0.9.

The option is called “Prevent Scrolling”.
Please update your plugin and try it.

And let me know if it’s what you wanted πŸ˜‰

      2. Hi Pablo,

Thanks a lot for the update! I’m currently using add to basket buttons (with quantity) in the WooCommerce category archives and when a user clicks add to basket, the page seems to refresh automatically for the item to go in the cart. Is there a way to ajaxify this action through your plugin?

      3. Great!
The popup plugin doesn’t have an option for that but I think it’s not necessary as WooCommerce itself has an option for what you want.

Please try to enable it at:
WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add to cart behaviour > Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives

    34. Please! Please! Please!
Separate info notices as general css class “wocommerce-info” for all info messages and custom wocommerce info messages for restricted content with the different css class its look like this one: MY CUSTOM MESSAGE FOR RESTRICTED CONTENT I DON’T WANT TO POPUP
I ask for it several month ago and you do much good improvements, hope you pay attention to my request. Thank you!

      1. Hello,
Let me see if I got it right.
You are asking me to create an option to ignore some kind of notices depending on the css class?

If that’s correct, the problem is we can’t always assure there will be custom classes on notices. Is that what you’d like?
Or is it anything else I couldn’t understand?

Anyway, I’ve created an option recently to ignore some messages. Please check if it can help you
