If you want to display the product limit notice on the single product page, then please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > Frontend and set the Product limit message option to Notice. You can edit the notice from the Product limit message > Message content. Additionally, you can see all the placeholders that can be used in the the Message content field from Frontend Options > Available message placeholders.
