    Hello,

    I would like to be able to show users how many product items (the product quantity max set in the product page) they can add to their cart. It seems like one option is to use the [alg_wc_mppu_current_product_limit] shortcode. However, when I try to use this in the “FrontEnd” section within the Single Product Page text box, the product pages crash. I have tried other shortcodes in the same box and they have all worked. Is there another way I can get the max product limit a user can buy? Here is what I would like to be able to display to my customers:

    You can place %limit% order(s) of up to INSERT PRODUCT MAX HERE items every 2 hours (you’ve already bought %bought%). Any help or direction would be much appreciated. Thank you and love the product.

    If you want to display the product limit notice on the single product page, then please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > Frontend and set the Product limit message option to Notice. You can edit the notice from the Product limit message > Message content. Additionally, you can see all the placeholders that can be used in the the Message content field from Frontend Options > Available message placeholders.

    I apologize, I didn’t explain myself very well. Our current configuration is using Product Orders which means the %limit% refers to the number of orders a user can place. What I want to know is if there is a way to surface a max item quantity that a user can purchase per order. Thank you.

    We are sorry to let you know that in such a case, with our plugin, it won’t be possible to limit the number of items a user can purchase per order since two modes can’t be selected at the same time.
