Hi Colin,

This needs to be managed on your WooCommerce settings >> Tax >> Rates, and not in the plugin itself.

You need to set the correct VAT rates for EU countries so it charges accordingly, you can add them with a single click within the plugin features (go to Tools >> EU tax rates).
