    hi,

    im based in the uk and sell to the EU. is there a guide on how to set up to prevent charging UK VAT to non UK customers? im not a web designer and struggle a bit with all the lingo

    Hi Colin,

    This needs to be managed on your WooCommerce settings >> Tax >> Rates, and not in the plugin itself.

    You need to set the correct VAT rates for EU countries so it charges accordingly, you can add them with a single click within the plugin features (go to Tools >> EU tax rates).
