Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused with your license key.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to delete any license keys from our end. However, you can do it yourself by following these simple steps:

  1. Please visit the Downloads & Keys section of our website located in the My Account page.
  2. Delete the old license key.
  3. Submit your site URL again and generate a new key.
  4. Paste the new key into the WPFactory Helper plugin.
