Sorry for the reply. Actually, we didn’t receive your question on Zendesk because we were having some issues with it. But it has been fixed now.
Regarding the question, you can add any additional fees from the “Orders” section of the plugin, in the “Extra costs: All Orders”.
I would suggest you to give it a try. But let us know if it doesn’t hep you.
