Configuring Min Max Default Quantity for WooCommerce to work with Woo Product Bu

I’m using Product bundles from woocommerce on 2 out of 3 categories (Cases with 12 products in and gifts with 6 products in) and the 3rd category is bottles with 203 individual products.

Here’s the issue. I can set step quantity to control the basket on bottles to 12 items but I can’t get the product bundles through, essentially because cases are now 13 items (because the case is classed as an item too) or and gifts are 4 or 7 items (because there are 3 or 6 bottles in a gift)
How should the system be configured to get the category Cases & Gifts Through?
