I have an issue with the custom emails where the preview shows the old default content, I tried deleting the custom emails and clearing my cache to see if that was the issue and now not only do the custom emails not display my content in preview/ not send the correct email but I also now cant use admin title 1-7 as they do not show up. Deleting the plugin and re-importing it also did not work as the old plugin data seems to still be there from the previous install

I am having a similar issue. I have entered the custom content for the email, but saving does not update the preview, nor does the test email include the custom information.

When I run a test sale, the email does arrive customized.

    Hi Antonio,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

We’ve reviewed the details and it appears to be related to how the plugin settings or stored data are being loaded. We’ve escalated this case to our development team so they can investigate it more closely.

We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update from them. Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards,

    Hi all,

This is Tom from the development team.

I’ve checked the issue – you are right. Due to how this WooCommerce email preview function is coded, it’s always previewing the last of our custom emails. I.e., if you set the “Number of custom emails” option in our plugin to, e.g., 10, it always previews “Custom email #10”, no matter which custom email settings you are viewing. I’m still searching for a solution to this problem. I will get back to you about this as soon as possible.

P.S. Regarding deleting the plugin data – in the latest plugin version 3.6.8, we’ve added a new tool to “WPFactory > Custom Emails > General > Advanced Options > Delete plugin data”. Now you can delete all plugin data, including all custom email settings, with a single click.
