Also, payment gateways subtract the percentage of expenses from the amount of goods in the order and not from the total amount of the order. I can’t include shipping for the purpose of making a profit, as it is not.

Hi,

In the plugin’s settings Orders > Calculations > Order total for percentage fee > Select Order total incl. tax

With this option selected, the extra costs per order will be applied to the shipping costs also.
