Is it possible to make registrations unverified and resend email verification?

Hi Bernard,

Just a note:

If you enable the “Bulk user actions” > “Resend verification email” and “Unverify users” then you would be able to resend activation and unverify users form “Users > All Users” section’s bulk actions.
