You can try the free version:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wish-list-for-woocommerce/It’s not possible to delete an item from other users.
Hum, it’s also not possible to inform the wish list author if you bought some of the items he added to the list, but this is a interesting idea. I’ll add it to my to-do list 😉
