    Hello friends,

Maybe community can help ? I’m pretty sure I’m not alone about this very frustrating problem.

I already sent e-mails to Omar. Waiting for a solution… If he replies to me, for sure I will post their solution here on this forum for the next guys searching to solve this.

    Store base : Belgium

Keep VAT in selected countries : Store Base (Also tried Coma separated list ; BE,)

And….. When a B2B Belgium customer try to order..  and put a valid B2B VAT Number… VAT TAX is…. FREE, 0.00€!

But they should pay the VAT tax in Belgium……. We can’t gift them VAT Taxes 😀 Belgium state won’t be happy about this.

So, anybody got a solution, friends ?

Running on last version of WordPress / WooCommerce / Basic Template / Only 4 WPFactory plugins installed / EU VAT For WooCommerce version : 2.12.14 (Last one at the moment)

    Thanks for reading 🙂

    I solved this problem.

This plugin isn’t working with the basic TwentyTwenty-Four template because it’s a “Block theme”. EU VAT Plugin need a “Classic” template to work because it need a classic Checkout page (not the Block based one).

I just tried it with “Astra” template… And Bingo. All function are working perfectly !

Keep the great job you all 🙂

    See you soon!
