    Plugin Support

    Hi Barry,

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion.

I’ve checked your subscription, and I can confirm it’s a lifetime license. It looks like you’re still using our old Helper plugin for updates. Please note that this plugin has been deprecated, and its functionality is now built into each plugin individually.

To ensure you continue receiving updates:

    1. Deactivate the Helper plugin.

    2. You will now see a “Key Manager” option under the new WPFactory menu in your WordPress dashboard.

    3. Enter your license key there, and you should start receiving update notifications immediately.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Let me know if you need any further help.
You can also refer to this screenshot for guidance.

    Best regards,
