Hi Eugene,
This option isn’t the default setting for saving the XML file, so you can ignore the error there, if the plugin can create XML file on desired location (without the need to tick that option), that should be fine.
Other wise, please send us wp-admin access to [email protected] so we can check the site files structure to see.
