    I have been working with this plugin for 3 webshops recently. On 2 of them i have a problem and on 1 of them i don’t have a problem. I started analysing where the problem could be, changing the theme, disabling all plugins. But unfortunately no result.

    Then i looked into the webshop where the plugin seems to work. The webshop has the settings in woocommerce > Settings > Tax > Tax options > Prices entered with tax: Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax.

    On the other shops the settings are set to No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax. When i change this to yes, the plugin started to work as intended.

    Sidenote: When the settings were set to No, the VAT calculations seemed to work ONLY when i had filled in a correct VAT number and when i switched  the country/region field.

    This seems to be a big bug. Would love to have some help in here. Maybe it’s my fault in the settings, but i feel like this is a (critical) bug of the plugin.

    I’ve just tested the plugin as you described—changing the tax setting from “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax” to “No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax”—and checked the checkout page. The plugin is working correctly in both scenarios, and I wasn’t able to reproduce the exact issue you’re referring to.

    To help us investigate further, could you please:

    • Specify the exact issue or error message you’re encountering
    • Record a short video showing the unexpected behavior
    • Confirm you’re running the latest version (4.5.2) and have only one version (free or pro) active at a time

    This will help us identify and resolve the issue more quickly.

    Hi Taha,

    Thanks for the response! I have been searching for hours. But what i didn’t think about is how the products are configured. So, i saw that all products on each single page have their VAT disabled. I’m sorry I used your time for nothing. Thanks for the response. It made me think about new options 🙂
