Hello–
I’ve installed the plugin, purchased the pro version, ran updates. The pro features are greyed out on my wp site. Please help!

I’m sorry for the confusion. Usually, when the settings are grayed out, it means that the free version of the plugin is active instead of the Pro version. As a Pro user, you need to deactivate the free version first and continue with the Pro version only. Once activated, you will have access to all the premium features.
