Once this will be settled, I then need to troubleshoot why no variable products have a price in google, have tried 2 options (variation products only and both) to no avail

Please update to the version 2.6.1 we just released and test if you still face this issue.
For the other issue, please send us with more details to [email protected] (probably wp-admin will be needed).
